All staff members are required to complete 10 hours of annual training in Early Childhood Education, along with maintaining current First Aid and CPR certification. All Pre-K Lead Teachers hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, while Pre-K Assistant Teachers possess at least an Associate's degree, CDA, or TCC. Additionally, all other support staff have a high school diploma and/or are actively pursuing further education in early childhood development.
